The team LUKOIL RACING Formula Renault 2000 was founded for the realization of the program of the young drivers supporting.

In 2003 the team took part in German and European Championships in the class "Formula Renault 2000". The participation in this series was held within the program of Mihail Aleshin support. The purpose of this program is the advancement of the Russian driver to the high international level. This is the second stage, intended for three years, which Mihail will spend in the "Formula Renault 2000". Mihail is the youngest driver of the championship, moreover, he was for the first time at the wheel of the car of this class only in the end of February, that's why we set him a task to get experience, to study tracks and to learn how to work with the engineers.
